Ben Stokes and his mother have allegedly taken legal action against the English news daily The Sun that published some sensitive information about the England all-rounder’s family.
The Sun had allegedly published a front-page story with the headline “Stokes’ Secret Tragedy”, the story is actually a revelation about Stokes’ half-brother and sister, who were shot dead by his mother’s ex-partner in New Zealand, however the incident took place three years before Ben was born.
According to reports, Stokes and his mother, Deborah have filed a case against The English news daily the Sun for invasion of privacy and for casting their minds back to their tragic past that had been long forgotten.
