A video clip accompanying the story showed Bosnian defender Kolasinac, who was a passenger, outside the vehicle and confronting the attackers.
Former Germany international midfielder Mesut Ozil was attacked by a gang with knives, and Arsenal teammate Sead Kolasinac fought them off. Both of them escaped unhurt.
Reportedly, Ozil was driving his black Mercedes when the car was boxed in by motorbike riders, who were wearing helmets. These attackers attempted carjacking, a video clip of the whole scene is viral in which Ozil looked absolutely terrified.
Arsenal confirmed both players are fine and the incident is being treated as a “private matter”.
