Justin Verlander debossed his name in the history of baseball with a stunning pitching performance, which even took aback his model wife.
Verlander, who pitched his third career no-hitter, accentuating a ruling season by striking out 14 batters in order to lead the Houston Astros past the Toronto Blue Jays 2-0 is the sixth pitcher in major league history to throw three no-hitters, thereby impressing his model wife Kate Upton even more.
Upton took to her social media and posted, “Forever your #1 fan. Congrats on your 3rd no hitter.”
Well, the player also couldn’t resist his temptation to flaunt his love for her and replied. “I love you so much!”
The 36-year-old Verlander allegedly became the first pitcher to throw two no-hitters as a visitor in the same park.
