Rafael Nadal allegedly fumed at a journalist during his ATP Finals news conference, which is very unusual about Nadal. He literally blasted a question about his marriage as “bull***t.”
After the World No. 1 was defeated by Alexander Zverev, a journalist asked him if getting married to childhood sweetheart Xisca Perello. On which Nadal’s reaction was unusual.
Nadal shot back and said, “Honestly, are you asking me this? Is this a serious question or is it a joke?
Further he added, “It’s a big surprise you’re asking me this after being with the same girl for 15 years, having a very stable and normal life. It doesn’t matter if you put a ring on your finger or not. How many years have you been with your (partner)? We move to Spanish, because that’s bullsh**. Thank you very much.”
