Clubs in race for Aurelien Tchouameni apart from Real Madrid

Last week, the club’s sporting director, Paul Mitchell, confirmed the 22-year-old’s departure from the French outlet.

Thus, now, according to Sky Sports News, Real Madrid and Monaco are reportedly in advanced talks over the transfer of Tchouameni.

Moreover, it is also being reported that the Spanish giants offering the France international a five-year contract.

Meanwhile, according to the sources, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in the midfielder, who is valued at €80 million (£68 million) by Monaco.

Tchouameni, a defensive midfielder by trade, was a revelation for Monaco in the 2021-22 season. The Frenchman scored five goals and contributed three assists in 50 games across all competitions.

Moreover, the Monaco midfielder was also able to display strong defensive performances and thus he caught the eyes of top European clubs.
