Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Felipe Vazquez, who was arrested in September for reportedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 2017, is now facing 21 new felonies in his ongoing sexual assault case after the investigating officers found evidence of child pornography on his phone and laptop.
Investigating officers said that they have found seven photographs and three videos of a girl “in various stages of nudity” while searching The-28-years-old’s iPhone XS and Apple MacBook Pro. Police said that it was Vazquez who asked for the photos and videos from the girl.
Due to which, Vazquez is tacked with 10 counts of child pornography, 10 counts of unlawful contact with a minor and 1 count of corruption of a minor. All 21 charges are now listed as third-degree felonies, each carries a maximum of seven years in prison.
